DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
You're Doing Everything Right — And Still Drowning.
The business is growing. The kids are fed, dressed, and (mostly) where they're supposed to be. From the outside, you've got this.
But inside, it's a different story. Every day is reactive — putting out fires, holding the mental load nobody else sees, running on fumes that work until something shifts and the whole thing falls apart.
You're not failing. You're doing it all without a structure built to hold it.
That's exactly where this work begins.
Explore What Is Possible
WHAT CHANGES
Right now, your week runs on momentum and adrenaline and probably way too much caffeine and when either runs out, everything slips.
After this work, your days run on systems: the laundry, the meals, the work blocks, the boundaries — built once, running on their own, freeing up the only thing that actually matters: you, showing up as yourself, not just the person holding it all together.
Clarity
A clear picture of where your time and energy actually go and a plan built around your real life, not a generic template.
Systems That Hold
Structures for the household, work, boundaries, built once, designed to run without you constantly maintaining them.
Someone Who Gets It
Support from someone living the same chaos — three kids, a business, no village — not a coach reciting theory.

Milena Hiwat is the Co-Founder and Director of Brand & Operations at The Hiwat Group.
She is also a mother of three, building a business and running a household without a village (having moved from The Netherlands to Valencia Spain), built-in support, or much room for life to behave itself.
The systems she teaches are not theory. They are the ones she built because she needed them to survive real life: the laundry, the meal planning, the work blocks, the routines, the chaos, and the quiet pressure of holding everything together.
She has built them, broken them, rebuilt them, and refined them inside an actual household, not an imaginary one with unlimited time and obedient laundry baskets.
Her work is for women who do not need more motivation. They need structure that fits their actual life, supports their ambition, and still leaves room to be a person.
